I spoke to Kath about this (read a few posts up) and brought these issues up with her. She has forwarded these issues to where it needs to go. She knows about the paypal, credit card error and the not being able to pay when in your account info.
Hopefully all will be resolved by tomorrow.
@richard86 I believe that from the problems you faced, which were the same as mine, your order has not been paid for yet. Give it some time and I hope they add the payment option in somewhere on the website as well as paypal option =)
@plexus Contact LPKath on the forum and I'm sure she'll sort you out. Though give her some time to respond as it will be around 11.30pm in china at the moment
