Seems to be less interest. (I must admit, I am a lot less interested in those than I am with these green diodes)
 
I'm interested in both but TBH, If I had to pick between the two I'd take the blue. 4.5W+ from 1 diode, wow.

There is money left over from this GB, maybe we could put the leftovers towards the 445nm GB to speed it up?

It's for the advancement of the hobby, whether it's something I'm interested in personally or not, putting money toward that can (and likely will) save somebody quite a bit of cash.

Though what I really want to know, is why you're posting on LPF without laser graphs.

There is work that needs to be done!

Joking aside, the forum is either benefiting from knowledge, or $$$. So in the end, it all depends on whether the donations pay off the forum naturally without the GB funds.

Great news! Crossing my fingers here ;)
Can you also test it with the 3 element lens and report power loss vs. better beam?

I'm fine with using the leftover for the blue GB, but I'm not so sure we'll reach the total. The price is just too high for a 50%-60% increase in power... when it starts appearing in projectors I'm sure there'll be moe interest!

I planned to use a couple large 400W (-60 to +180C). Though I've heard that these don't alter much once cooled.

So now the plan is to use a CPU LN2 system to cool an Al heatsink for a 638nm. They've hit 608nm at -191C.
