Dont make it SO hard or obscure that only YOU have a good chance of knowing what it is, try to get objects that a good number of people have a chance of guessing what it is, with a little thought ;)

It's a hinge, also if uncommon, so can say that Jerry is the winner ..... it's an "invisible hinge" , that usually become mounted in holes made in the sides of the doors, so when is closed, it's totally invisible.
