It's disturbing to hear Blue is trying to buy things on other forums. I hope he's trying to buy parts to complete the Blu Ray pens for those of us who prepaid!!

well, there's still a sticky in /general/ discouraging it... but FWIW I've seen people linking to specific threads on other forums relevant to the discussion that have gone un-deleted and un-banned... I'm guessing the rule is spottily enforced or is only really enforced with blatant advertising etc.
 
He didn't mean other lasers forums. By saying "other forums" he was meaing the other sections, ie. Green lasers, Experiments and Modifications, etc.
 
Things I need to do to unlock my paypal:
Mail a laser and provide proof of postage. Easy.
Buy some cheap 5mw pens and mail them off. Easy.
Get a new bank account and confirm it with paypal. Not so easy.

however my secondary paypal is up and running, and I'm slowly collecting some funds in it. Once the above things are done my primary PP has between $120 and $200 in it, I'm not totally sure.

I am glad the stuff got to SenKat so soon though. Hopefully we can get on with this and I can start again from the bottom.
 
Thanks for NOT responding to my 2nd email again Blue. I will wait for my full refund.

All - I have sent out emails to all parties involved (other than the original barrel GB customers) to find out about the drivers. I have received just over 200 boards, and related components from BF - and am waiting on shipping funds from him prior to being able to post them out to all individuals that partook of this GB.
 
Okay folks – I am BCC’ing everyone that I have email addresses for –



BlueFusion has sent me all the “fusion drives” and I will be distributing them out from my home in Texas – I need some basic info from you –



If you have not received your barrels from Kenom as of yet – (there are 60 of you) then you will be receiving them from Kenom.



Those of you that have paid for separate orders of drivers will have two choices –



<1> you can have them assembled by me, and then shipped to you

<2> you can have the “kit” form sent to you, and you assemble them.



That’s it – it is fairly easy ! Now – IF BlueFusion does not pay me for the postage costs, then each one of you that are having items sent to you from me will receive a pay-pal request (or Google, your choice) for $2.00 to cover shipping costs and materials – no other way around it, I cannot afford $200.00 out of pocket on shipping costs I am afraid. This means you WILL get your drivers soon – I will re-send this email after finding out from BF if he will pay me the postage or not.

WarezWally - DEFINITELY ! If there are any refunds to be sent out, they will come from BlueFusion, NOT from me - as I have nobody's monies, nor do I want them ! GAH ! :) Okay...maybe that last part was stretching it a bit...but back to the point - I am only handling the distribution for BF for the drivers that were sold IN ADDITION to the Barrel run - Kenom will be shipping out those drivers ! Not trying to make it more complicated than it already is - I am actually trying to help, i promise ! As an FYI for those needing/wanting refunds - BlueFusion is having pay-pal issues, and once that is sorted out, hopefully he will be able to start sending refunds to folks. I have no other info about his financials other than that ;) Kenom and I are having a minor disagreement about (friendly, of course !) the position of the LM385 legs at present...He wants them spread (oh, you dirty minded people !) Kidding ! We are figuring out the last bit of config info, and I am gathering all the email replies, and hopefully everyone will get their stuffs in short order :) If you have received an email from me regarding the drivers - PLEASE REPLY ! If you plan on getting a refund from BF - please tell me that in the email as well ! Thanks all - I hope this goes a little more smoothly than it has thus far :)
 
Well, my package from Australia arrived today (5/17/08). The packaging was intact. Included was:

1 Kryton barrel and parts -- check

4 ICR 123's -- check

4 CGR 18650's -- check

1 405nm diode (harvested from a PS3) -- [highlight]missing[/highlight]


Partial credit for a partial shipment. Apparently WE are not done yet.

Toked - I replied to you....to everyone out there, the emails went out to whatever email address you provided to BF - so if your email addy has changed, there is a VERY good chance that you did not receive the email :) PM me if you have not received an email from me, and you bought EXTRA (other than those included in the barrel GB) drivers from BF.
