Hey Jay, quick question regarding this host. Would you be able to supply a PCB for the switch and spring for an additional price, or recommend which part I get from RadioShack?? Thanks!

I don't have a bunch of it for supplying the kits, but you can get blank PCB material for cheap on e-bay:
blank pcb board, great deals on Business Industrial, Collectibles on eBay!

Then you can just cut the needed size piece for you build!

Got it today! I like it! I can never take apart a pen laser without damaging it, this is the only way to go (for me at least).

What's the OD and ID of these hosts in mm? Maybe they fit in my build (with modified front). Thanks.

The I.D. in the front end, is 12mm. The O.D. is 13mm...

The back end of the host is sleeved to fit AAA sized batteries. Which are 10mm dia. Of course they slide in smooth...
