FS: 9mm Copper Module (1/2" round diameter)

This is 1/2" copper material, and threaded for AixiZ...

It is specifically sized for the new 9mm 445 diodes...

Sized to fit my 405-G-1 glass lens assembly perfectly. (will fit the AixiZ 3 element lens as well, but that lens will stick out the front a little - same as with an AixiZ module)

So if you would like a nice 1/2" thick copper module, they are available!

At request, I can machine them down to AixiZ size. But I'd add $7 bucks for the extra work...





Also, several of my kits that I offer a press fit heatsink option for, can be fit for this 9mm size.





I can fit any one of my kit heatsinks to accept this 1/2" module. (N/C when ordering a kit - just make sure to let me know)

Since these will be 1/2" in diameter, they will need a custom fit heatsink, and will not just fit into your 'AixiZ module heatsink'...





Any of my kits can be fit for this copper module for the same kit price...

I realize that the price for the module seems expensive. But the material is not cheap. And I don't have CNC access.

So I have to make them one at a time on my lathe...

I noticed 1/2' for the O.D, are you using this in lieu of the standard 12mm? I was also
thinking of doing this on my builds to avoid all the wasted copper stock into shavings
where I turn a 1/2' down to the 11.92mm.

Never hurts to have some additional mass on the modules either :beer:
