You need a driver that can provide 90-100mA. All of them will tell you the current (thats the mA's) that the driver can provide. You also need to take into consideration the input voltage and voltage drop across the driver. You need your input voltage to be above the sum of the diode's rated forward voltage and the voltage drop of the driver. Therefore you should decide what kind of batteries you want to use before you buy the driver.
Well, you would need to know the forward voltage of the diode and the driver's voltage loss. Than you could figure out how many AA batteries you would need. Each AA is 1.5V.
