I'm out for now then too. Even if you did receive the lasers, I would not place an order without PayPal. You never know if he'll send some good ones, then collect a large payment and send nothing. I do not know much about it, someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but you have absolutely 0 protection with a wire transfer... especially overseas.

I am going to pursue placing a smaller order. I have asked about IR filters and what the order minimums are, at the pricing he gave us. We shall see. I'd really like to measure and inspect every laser, if I could.

I am wondering If anyone has considered chinapost as a shipping method, it is a bit slower, but its like $10 instead of $30, and very less likely for any custom fees or anything. In my experience dhl there is sometimes a custom tax (in canada) but chinapost is also fully tracked with signature. I have purchased a similar style 1W 445nm blue with the case glasses etc for $110 shipped and that was a single order

Sounds like a good plan---test the waters if you are OK with those prices.

I would ask if the 445nm, 2000mw has a glass lens or a plastic lens.
A plastic lens will only have a cycle of 30 seconds.
Ask about the duty cycle, how many minutes on and how many off to avoid damage for the others also and if ask again about IR filter on the 532nm.

Yep still looks like a good deal... hoping they DO come at spec or better. I'd love to add a laser to my arsenal that is pre built. (done nothing but custom everything so far)
Plus all those goodies that come with em!
I think that even shipping everything to one place and then paying an additional USPS shipping would even save us all money if someone would be willing to do that... preferably someone with LPM, and I know there have already been some offers on that.

Wow, sorry about that double post... I haven't had a problem with that in ... maybe over 10 years? But in my own defense, I was using the University's wireless when I wrote that :na:
