I think you may be reading the datasheet at the top of the page for the Mitsubishi diode, which is 130mW CW and 350mW pulsed. That's not the Phazor, it's a diode someone wanted a comparison against.
All in all, there a lot of options for getting a high-powered diode. Open-cans can be harvested from drives cost ~$25, sometimes more or less, and we've seen what they can do from a lot of users here. SenKat's diodes are very respectable for their price, when his supply is fixed, which I hear that it is now. Aixiz sells modules that a lot of people use, and a lot of diodes. These are all respectable options, this is just another option that shows a lot of promise for an alternative to harvesting an open-can for a comparable price.
