Glenn, can you get some samples first.? I have been Looking at them for a short time now but there is No information that i can find on them except 1 thread in another language German that i really cant understand with Google translate.

One guy tested them at 400mA CW and was putting out 275mW. Recently.

Is this possible.

I am Interested.? Either way.

I believe the discussion on them start on this page. This Link above is for both the LPC822 and toward the middle turns into the LPC826.

But regardless what it says iam interested.

Expected/estimated ouput is 300mW.
Testing is necessary to know for sure, though.

First (cautious) test:
almost 275 mW cw at ~ 400mA.

You know how the projector crowd likes to drive their diodes conservatively,
so I am making the bold assumption we can get 300mW out of these easily.

Mine arrived thursday, but I only picked them up today.
There was even a small goodie inside, a glass marble that glows green under 405nm.
Must be one of those "uranated" glasses, right?
Oh, on the customs declaration, there was a "0.50$ pen" mentioned, but I haven't
ordered nor found anything like that inside the package...:thinking:

No, not a laser pen, I have sent a lot of pen/ flashlight combos out... Those getting WL products in my other GB will have a new little surprise though... -Glenn

I only noticed now that you asked for people to post if they had got something.

For me it still havent arrived...ive also ordered something from DX and it had been shipped for more than 3 weeks ago...although the thing from DX was ordered to Germany and not Portugal...

Im sure my parents would have told me if the sleds had arrived, as i warned them...either way, im going to check with them and i will let you know!

I completely trust you...but i dont trust the mail people that much...they still arent on skype, but as soon as they are ill ask my parents, and hopefully it has already arrived, or will arrive next week! ^^
