If you look inside the green circle, you will see that she has a pair of handcuffs (edit - or maybe ankle cuffs) attached to the bed post. I think that she is smiling because the handcuffs are reminding her of the "fun" she and her Dom had in that bed :evil:

"Kinky" refers to sexual deviance. As in --
Doing that stuff, with her, on the back of a horse, was kinky
Bondage, discipline, sado-masochism, are all considered "kinky"
Idiomatic expressions -- Ya just gotta love 'em, don't you?
"Just what goes on down there?", means "what happens there?"
So the question then becomes, "What kind of sexual deviance is happening in Tarragona?"
It was meant as a joke (that didn't translate very well at all)

You better don't want to see what google translator translated me. Well, I'll show you what happens if you translate to spanish and then back to english. The English-Spanish translation is almost perfectly done, so all the fail was done when translated to Spanish.
