Exactly, and apparently there isn't much bass in the ones that DO exist.
Sometimes being on the cutting edge of technology isn't a good thing.
It would really suck if you drop your ipod and it yanks on the plug too....
Oops! I totally just forgot about my cochlear implant and went swimming. Next time I will have to wait for the waterproof version.....
Well, that can be solved also with the current technologies ..... a simple current generator that use the natural flow of the blood in a vein, can power a completely waterproof, bluetooth receiver ..... these things already exists, and after all, you need very little power, if your transducer is directly inserted in the coclea wall ..... the real problem, at the present time, is not the availability of the parts, is the duration and affidability of them ..... before i may accept something similar, as example, i want a signed warranty for at least 100 years of granted, fail-free, uninterrupted working time, with surgical expenses all paid in case of any malfunction and substitution needed
