Well turned out even better than expected,

Did a lot of adjustments with the crystals and pot and believe it's even better than before, There is absolutely no mode hopping now, and the driver is heatsinked Well and is tightly pushed into the housing, a rear end of an aixiz module screwed on the front of the 594 module was used for pressing and positioning and then unscrews leaving the module in perfect position with button and led indicator, then a pressed alloy pill with threads for a lens is pressed into the head also preventing the module from moving forward, I also believe the divergence is much better than before, I somehow managed to scratch the single collimating lens the module came with and therefore had to improvise and found that a normal acrilic lens gives a wonderfull diverging dot, It looks much nicer than before, a G2 lens gives me 2 round dots overlapping each other so for now I will use the acrilic, Turning the pump diode up any more than I have shows much mode hopping, as is now is extremely stable.

I thought about shortening the host but I would loose a lot of the wonderful brass alloy bands so I decided to leave it be for now, it really does feal nice in the hand as is, Would love some opinions, Thanks for checking it out!

Unreal craftsmanship Billy!!
Risky business going near those crystals but you tackled the hole module and came out with an improved setup!! I'd be applying for a position at CNI mate! Awesome :D

I especially like the way you heat sinked the driver board. That should make for longer run times. The host is gorgeous and I love the silver and gold accents on a very simple aesthetic host. I know it is worth far more than you paid for the pen. Great job, Billy. + rep.
