I can't wait!!! I am having a hard time even imagining 800mW of 532. Also, regarding the shutters, epicham has found out that his didnt include a shutter because he asked for focusability. So we should be fine :)
 
definitely having some anxienty as well! Its always like Christmas when you get a new laser.
Forget overspec, a solid 800 mw is gonna be bright!!

Please i live in egypt.. I'm new to LPF and i dont know how that GB works but i want the 589 can any body tell me what shall i do to get it?! , please (i know the idea of the GB but how to send the money,can the host sent it to me in egypt, is it confirmed or the number of buyers may be low and i take my money back ) i want to understand... If it's confirmed and i should only send the money by paypal or something like this am in for the 589nm

Not to be ... rude or anything, but what is your need for a 589nm laser in Egypt? As your first laser, and being in Egypt, it just seems a little awry. Pardon me for being a little skeptical.

Anyway, we will kick this up again in August.

I let it run for about 2-4 weeks, collecting requests, then I collect the money, order the lasers, and we wait. Once I get them, I ship them to all the people that ordered. :)

I will start a feeler for round 2 in a minute.
