Honestly 520nm isn't too much different than 532nm. It's a bit deeper green, divergence is much better, but if you were separated from a 532nm for a day or two you wouldn't tell the difference until you put them side by side.

If it's from DHL you probably do, however the 15 is the 15th entry in the list

No 15 means you must pay additional costs or they won't deliver it.
Call DHL for information about the payment or you can go to their distribution place Halen.
I really dislike the way DHL doing business. UPS sent you an invoice after the delivery and others come to your door and pay the deliveryman.
DHL is a lazy company.

Its odd that DHL charges you guys in Europe, in the US we don't get the extra costs.
