So the deal is if someone buys a laser, he will give us free shipping on the entire order. Their cheapest laser is a 15mw green viper for $80. If we buy this as part of the group buy, it would save (at this point) about $40. So if someone wants a 15mw viper for $60 shipped, we could all save 1/2 of the shipping cost per diffraction grating.

Just a thought. If nobody wants it , it only makes a difference of about $1 per grating.

I was on their site just now, I'm confused about this special offer. at the bottom of the various colored pointer pages, it says: "price for all"

does this mean I could get a 30mW 589nm spartan for $289.99? because that's really tempting, as would be a 100mW 671nm DPSS for $99.99, and a hulk ultra 300mW 532nm for $79.99

No, unfortunately that's just a typo. The correct price will show up when it gets added to the cart.

Update: I am shipping off my laser tomorrow morning by USPS international priority mail. It should reach DL in less than two weeks.

I will start finalizing orders and collecting payments in about a week so that I can hopefully get these out before Christmas. Just as a heads up, if the gratings do not arrive before Christmas Eve, I will not be able to ship them out until Monday, January 6.

Didn't see this thread thanks to Turkey Day. If this is still open after I do my bills in a day or two I may be in for a couple.
