Um, the FDA comes and knocks on your door if it's a big violation. Otherwise they send you a letter on official FDA letterhead to contact them and arrange a meeting if they have questions. They do this because in an official investigation they must show you a badge as well as inform you of your rights when answering questions, even if they have no intention of arrest. If they just need information they still follow the book.

Read a bit more carefully. He also has comma splices and words missing from the sentences, in addition to the errant apostrophe at "criminal."

I don't see why day has stopped selling his lasers over 5mw this 100% fake, if this is real, wow the FDA really does SUCK.

It just made me realize that my parents ARE responsible and i cant take that risk on them, its a pretty big risk, and since i do this at cost, even lose money, i really cant afford to take the risk and/or pay fines, although i do get tips (thx Andrew)
