He is occupied in a UN-Forseen Project, Allow him time to finish and then he will start these. As of now it's still on hold until then. He had a death in the family if I remember right and had a house dumped on him and he was repairing it. He will get back and be able to then start these.


Give him time. It WILL Happen.
