Anyone have issues with DX?

I seem to have ordered a charger and 2x batteries from DX, i got a product number but i missplaced it somewhere :(.
I was going to check and see where it was, but apparently i didn't make an account so how do i figure out where my item is?
 





Did you mean order number? If you lost that I don't know how else you can track it without an account.

Yeah, thats what i mean order number: yeah well from it sounds like it does arrive in the US, just takes a while XD.

ok thanks, i just figured its been....almost a month or so XD.
 
Im waiting on one too ... order placed on the 8th and shipped relatively quickly on the 11th, but its been stuck in the "China Post has sent it USPS has not received it" black hole.
 
DX is always slowish when it comes to delivery times, sometiems they fake the "shipped" statuses too.

I once had a shippement arrive within *only* two months.

They may be slow, but they ALWAYS come through.

So final point - relax :D It's all fine.
 
Well on my first order ever one item was missing from the order, and I never
got around to claim it.
More recently, I ordered 10 piggy lights on January 22, which I am still waiting for.:rolleyes:
The 50mW red pen I bought around the same time has long since arrived.:thinking:
 
I think to view your purchase history and tracking if any on DX website
you only need you email, though I cant remember if I registered as a user...

Ive been buying from them for years, and no matter how much money you
have spent, the wait never gets any shorter :banghead:

I ordered 6 days ago on my last, and it still hasnt shipped... Items are nothing
special either.. batteries chargers etc..

I think they have a grace period that they dont ship in case you buy some more...
Probably saves them a mountain on shipping.

That's not true, because I ordered several times in the same day, and they all come on different days in different packages.
And anyway, they don't pay for shipping.

No idea, just a guess.....

I have ordered up to 4 days apart and always get them on the same day.
Regardless, they take far too long to ship in the first place..

Common items listed as 'in stock' shouldnt take so long. I just
cant get used to the wait when I need something.

I bought from focalprice and it was here 6 days after purchase. That
is a decent amount of time.. 3 weeks is pathetic. Though your mileage
may vary :D
 
My orders with DX take at least a month to get from China to Kansas, US. Free shipping and with confirmation of receipt by the postman. No problems though!

DX should have sent you an email about the shipment and/or tracking number. They do that after I purchase something from them.
