Sorry guys as the list contains personal info it was decided not to make it publicly available. As I mentioned however, anyone is free to email a VET to check if a potential buyer, or seller is on there. :beer:

Ethian this jacka$$ is using your sense of dignity and trust against you. He is making threats to get you to cave. he has already gotten money from you because your a honest person. He is really cyber threatening you in order to advance his pocket book and get some thing for free! This Is Illegal in the USA. Please contact the american consulate in Tel Aive. He has done three things that are going to get him arrested. One he has committed wire fraud across country boundaries. He has committed terrorist acts by threatening you with finical and body harm, and Last but not least he has slandered your name which here in the USA is illegal. Eitan you really need to work on this or it will never stop.
edit I just saw that this ducebag is from Germany. I think there is a international law that i think interpol deals with and it is for wire fraud. Wire fraud is becoming a big issue and when it goes across international borders its hard to fix! not impossible mind you but difficult. I do not know if there is a German consulate in Israel But if there is that is were I would start. I know that the usa and germany have some sort of wire fraud system set up for this kind of thing. You just need to talk to the right people. Best bet would be interpol

lol , quick update : this guy keep emailing me saying he do not have the money. I told him like 1000 times I do not have it either. He like tries to get more money out of me. But I just do not respond anymore.

That's the problem, it's not easy to spot them until after the sale. Best bet is to not be so lenient with their demands when it begins to seem inappropriate and disrespectful.

I have bought laser stuff from China before and waited over 2 months, then the seller finally sends a 99 cent store plastic watch, that way there was a tracking number and a delivery, pay-pal said they could not help me because it was past the time limit.
I suppose they are attempting to better protect buyers now, otherwise people would be afraid to buy, I know that I have been screwed before, that's one reason I pay more to buy from someone I trust, but I can see why pay-pal and ebay want to protect buyers, because it's their business that's at stake.
There is a list of bad sellers here I do believe, but it's easy for the thieves to change a name.
Anyway you have emails showing the buyer got the items as he mentioned a scratch and a focuser alignment issue, that in it's self should have cleared you of his claim of non receipt, and pay pal/visa should have contacted you before reversing charges, and 6 months later, that's unheard of, I didn't think they could make a claim past 30 days.
