A few glasses, magnesium and lasers

Maybe you could test for laser fluorescence on different kinds of beer. Post a kind of "aficionado's display" of different beers glowing (or not glowing). Rate them according to their glow. Compare different brands/labels of beer. Compare German beer, English beer, American beer, etc.

Then you could drink all the beer.

I like burning magnesium! It's fun!

Also, i know there's been a thread about it already, but stuff flouresces weird colours. Olive oil has a hint of red. I discovered the other day that Prawn Madras flouresces green. Also, bombay mix is sort of white, but there's a particular seed that flouresces green. Parsley is red, as are some other plants.

Thanks. The cam I got my girl for her birthday is very good, much better than expected!

I prefer it for takinging laser shots, more likely than my EOS 20D.
