I can't, sorry - not up for manufacturing things. But you can do - to do it really cheaply only takes an oven, and $3 worth of solder paste from eBay
However, there's a problem with my design that just occurred to me. Well, actually, the design is fine, but the diode we're powering creates a problem. The diode's Vf is under 3V, and the ZXCT needs 3V to run, so we're probably going to see bad behavior here (or no regulation at all because the ZXCT won't have enough juice to operate). Two possible solutions:
1) Instead of the ZXCT, use the MAX4172, which has a dedicated pin for pulling its own V+ power supply from the battery, pre-LM1117
2) Try moving the ZXCT to pre-LM1117 itself. Since the driver is linear, this might work. But it might not, and I've never tried it.
I like option 1 best.
