The 200mW's are 660. I haven't pushed one to see what they're capable of yet though but judging by most other tests.. It's nowhere near what they were 'advertised' at.

and I think the '600mW 660's' were tested to max around 300mW.

Yip, you right.

The current specs I received for the 600mW was <800mA...

My results(I left the lens off to get maximum output):
200mA 117mw
400mA 300mW (looking good)
600mA LED!!!!!

Results for 200mW 638nm:
235mA 140mW

I hooked my 300mW 660nm from my SFWxxx sled in series with this guy @ 235mA using
Flexmod. The SFWxxx diode was MUCH brighter. Colour wavelengths seemed identical.

What a bummer.

Well that's the risk people take with unknown stuff like this. Generally if it's too good to be true, it usually is.. I just kind of feel sorry for the 'hoarders' that bought 10 or 20 of them.. though at the same time, I don't, heh. I just ordered a few of the 200's and 500's to see what they really were before I went on a buying spree.
