i like how this thread is going.

mpm, i'd like to know if thats the stock DX Dilda case please.

how much will the asking price be?

I think it's time to do some research to find this new "super" diode... this is the internet.. the info is out there somewhere :P

Well if that's rated at 120mW CW it should probably be able to do over 200mW when overdriven.:-/

well this is ready to sale now i done a few things this laser is now 150mw in power and i change the lens for a better one .

This laser can do 200mw if you mod it but i am not going to do that .

very nice, mpmitch! what exactly is the lens you use and do you perchance know if 6x bluray diodes on the consumer market today are typically products of Sharp?

Well it does look like a really nice laser. But 150mW BR, how much would you be asking for it ?

are you going to post the link to the auction when you put it up for sale. And would you be willing to sell any of those diodes.

Well the Buy it Now price is pretty steep.I'm curious how high it's gonna go. ::)

Didin't drlava sell a 6x at about his buy it now price? If so its not that steep.

Hi. I'm probably going to buy this. Can you tell me what the cooling and duty cycle of this laser are like? Thanks.

Answer to the last question i run it for 1 hour with no problem's the cooling is good on this laser the laser runs at 150mw and come with two new cr2's i am very happy with this laser i am working on a new laser module now i should be posting soon.

Wait so are you using the 803T then? It sounds rediculously high for a non 6X...

Didn't you read the thread.. He is saying he has a top secret 200mW diode from Sharp.

Well, I ended up getting this. Showed up yesterday morning. At first everything seemed fine, and I left positive feedback. I got maybe 15 minutes of use out of it (Not continuous, longest I had it on was two minutes) and it's dead. It was working fine when I turned it off, but the next time I turned it on I had a dim dot that quickly faded away to nothing, just a very faint flicker on the diode. I figured that the batteries Mitch sent with it probably didn't have a full charge, so I bought some more today, same thing.

Is my $700 laser toasted?
