Alright folks here is the beast.:eg: With all thanks to Jay for all his help.:thanks:
I started looking at the SS 18650 and decided that I wanted to go with it for the great look and the ability to have a 18650 battery which is a must for these Casio diodes. Here is some shots of the finished host.
Size comparison with my SS C3
I wanted to have the most power that could be achieved with a flex driver and after talking with Jay he came up with a special heatsink for the driver that fits in this tight unit. Jay did an excellent job getting this to all fit in the pill. Take a look.

Here is the heat sink that Jay made for my MXDL that he now puts in his SolarForce L2P LINK. It is considerably larger than the driver heatsink that the SS 18650 has because of the size constraints which he fit in the pill nicely.
Jay also offers a copper module to complement his copper heatsink which I opted for. Very nice accessory. It may be :horse: but I wanted to go all the way.
This part seems to have caused a certain individual some trouble.
But it actually is very hassle free.
You want to screw the pill and the heatsink into the head as one piece so they do not turn independently possibly twisting the wires.
You have a few options.
Jay sells a special tool for this.
But I have a simple way of doing that works very well. Get two sockets and use them to pinch the heatsink and the pill together and place in a vice.
Or you could just use a large set of pliers but I would suggest the vice.
The rest of the assembly is similar to other DIY's and you can check this post of mine for a step by step guide. LINK
I also opted for an EzFocus Adapter for a nice clean look.

And here is the LPM test. Thanks Jerry.:wave: The Laserbee II is a amazing LPM for the price and Jerry was great at answering all my questions very quickly. If you are interested in a high quality LPM that wont break the bank see his 3.2W LBII LPM thread CLICK HERE.

This host has great weight to it and seems very well balanced. The heat dissipation of this host is excellent as well. You can feel the heat spreading throughout the entire unit unlike my other hosts when they heat up you feel hot spots around the diode heat sink area and the pill where the driver is.
The only problem I have is that I always seem to be burning the strap(which I love by the way) and on my other 18650 black host does not have it anymore because I cut it in half with the beam.
Also it has a blue tailcap that is glow in the dark. Unfortunately my camera does not pick it up but it glows green which I have to say is pretty cool looking.
This kit comes in many different options so I will refer you to Jay's Thread for options and pricing. I would however suggest that you get the 445 Aixiz glass for pointing and the 405-G-1 for burning and testing power output. I also use a AW 18650 from Lighthound because the consensus seems to be they are the best.
Hope you all enjoyed the review. I love this host and would suggest it to anyone looking to do a high power 445 build.
