1,6W 525nm green laser diode

Robert, I have been asking around about the taobao offering of a 1.6 watt output green diode and finding it is likely a selected NUGM03 which is able to produce extra power, not the new NDG7D75T (As you mentioned about the integral lens, the G-Ball is the giveaway).

Techhood is hoping to have some of the new 1.4 watt output rated 525 nm NDG7D75T diodes in stock in a month or so. I checked the DTR LPF google store for a U.S. source, but didn't see them, or mention of them there. I will ask Jordan, maybe he will see this and chime in whether he will be getting them.

Edit: Emailed Jordan and asked him to take a look at this thread.

Hi LPF,
if you feel that way about purchasing from particular vendors out the NDG 7D75t diode , Settle for the 03 push it a bit harder with proper sinking . You may not get 1.6 but just though.

I still have not found a vendor for the NDG7D75T, anyone? I don't believe that link given earlier to be anything but a high power output NUGM03.

I also searched this morning , found nothing for the NDG7D75T diode only on Taobao . On the website I had to tranlate it might be a NDG7475T there all over the web . I think the NDG7475T can do 1.6W's with a short duty cycle and heat sinking . But some of the spec sheets I read says 1.8a and thats setting is for the NDG700 , and not 2.2/2.4a for the NDG7475 diode. So maybe Trinh is pushing it harder than normal. Just my opinion.

I'm sorry, did you just say a 5W 488nm diode!?? And also we could probably overdrive the 1.5W rated green to 2W and over?? This is awesome! oops, sorry its a new 2W 488nm 9mm diode, a 5W 455nm 9mm diode and a 1.5W 525nm 9mm diode ... but still impressive (y)

Hey sorry to tell you this but actually no-body on LPF has such diode yet, We have been looking into the seller and I gave some members his link to contact him. Only time will tell.
