Cool lightsaber build, should cut skin!!!

$@!&...one of the diodes I bought doesn't work so I have to wait until I have the money for another sf-aw210 diode with three though I was reading ~750mw so it works In the range it should. Man I have some back luck sometimes. Hopefully I can get some money soon from odd and in jobs to buy another one. That was all I has for spending money this year...&$"@...being in college and not acing a job over the summer.

Sorry guys I can't tell you guys if it cuts skin at 1W. I really wish I could...If anyone else is planning a build and has 4 sfaw210's I can show you my set up so you can show everyone and report if at 1W it cuts skin...just send me a pm.

I would really like to see a pic or Video of the 405nm combined laser..
even if it is only 3 Lasers at 750mW...:yh:

BTW... what kind of LPM are you using to check the output..:thinking:

Hahaha, no website, an actual test given by a doctor and then again when I thought it might be fun to join MENSA. I didn't because of the cost of the membership I was 14 at the time. No, English is not my first language I know 4, and I have dyselxia so english is a pain to use, it is why I prefer the dead langauge of Elder Futhark which comes from Latin. The main reason it's hard to understand me is because my computer uses Elder Futhark as the main langauge and runs a program I wrote to translate it into Latin and then to English. So the spelling may be off because I wrote it a while ago and did it from memory so. I am sorry if it is hard to understand what I am saying. I will go back through the code and try and fix it. By the way I don't use a lot of punctuation because it is hard to do it correctly given the above. I will try to be more careful in the future.

Sure, I will try to get back to the lab and get another reading tomorrow. I will try to upload a photo and name of the LPM. Right now I am going to bed so I can get some sleep for once in more 72 hrs.

Your right, you dont believe that a 20yr old could be smarter than you. Alao I can do things you could only dream of...only 1 person here has any clue how I did combine them and I doubt he knows he has part of the puzzle. If he does he will know I am right if he can figure out the rest of it. Which will be the best proof of all, until then or I get another diode you will have to wonder how I did it. Oh and by the way it's easy to figure out or is it just me...because if it is just me well there is nothing else to learn here and useless for me to continue spend any more time reading all the threads on LPF I can.

I don't want to be rude, but 20 years old or 100... unless I see proof I won't believe this. Hell, IQ doesn't say anything about experience building lasers... I've been around for quite a while and from what I know... it's impossible to combine beams with a magnifying glass lens and 405-G-1.
Show us some proof rather than boasting about how much smarter you are than all of us.
I don't believe you. I don't even think you have an LPM that can measure 405nm correctly.

Again, my intention is not to be rude, but I will not believe you until you can validate your claims...

I want you to do less chit-chat and talk more about this laser you have planned. If anything, the forum members can help you with your setup. try to draw us some pics in Paint that will explain what you are trying to do in order to combine the beams.
