I do. He served his time, and hasn't done anything wrong as far as I can see since he returned

was that he was looking for built DDL drivers and selling a Fog
Machine....
I can't even check his post history to see what has happened...

A permanent ban is a permanent ban. It doesn't mean you should come back with a new name x amount of time later. I say to hell with him.

Supposedly he wronged a lot of people. Took money, took months and months to ship things out, went broke and never shipped certain products, etc. That was for what is was originally banned for (jake21).

hey guys thx for feedback. the reasons for rebanning according to the 3 complaints i received via PM were that he didn't change from the initial time he was banned

maybe we should handle this one via a poll, i honestly don't know all the true facts / details about the whole deal w/ jake, but i think the community as a whole will have a better idea and should have a vote on this... he will be unbanned if enough ppl in a poll agree

AFAIK, he hasn't done any transactions yet. I don't think he deserves a ban.

mfo, Jake made the Jake22 account long before he was banned. He did not get a permaban or come back with a "new name".

C0ld: I haven't really seen him do anything wrong. He is just trying to sell off his stuff fairly cheaply and then move on. It seems he had some argument with phoenix77 here because of some PM's, but I hardly think that is a reason to ban him, unless there is something I do not know..

I actually believe that a convict that has done his
time should be treated like anyone else until he screws
up again then he should do permanent time...

it sounds like most ppl here think he shouldnt be banned

i will wait for some of the 3 ppl that thought he should be to take a poll if they want with their opinions or whatever

hey drew this would be a good argument for the banning i think. lets go for a formal poll i guess and see if most ppl agree this is enough to reban. i want the decision to be up to the vets in the community here

hes only shown interest in buying stuff and hasnt shown hardly any interest in paying folks back so i wouldnt think a poll is necessary but thats just my opinion..

p.s. he waslready perma banned from his jake21 account so thats another reason i dont think a poll is necessary. again just my opinion.

mfo, as I also told you in the other thread those timestamps are from before he was banned. We have to find out whether he STILL owes people stuff, and in that case, what to do. Him being on the forum might actually get those people's stuff back.
