This is a GREAT thanks to BrewCityMusic.
I ordered my laser a few days ago from BrewCityMusic. He was very nice, and answered many of my questions about the laser he was selling, and believe me, I had a LOT of questions. After that I began deciding about getting the laser. I decided I do need a laser like the one he described. The thing I liked about him however, even the bad points about the laser he admitted. He also admitted that in one of the pictures there was smoke. After I decided to get the laser, I called him on the phone, he gladly gave me his number and contact information. He was very nice, sounded very educated as well. He really seemed like the guy I could trust.Brew if your reading this please don’t get mad at the next part.. However, I had to be sure so I asked one of the “edler” members of LPF to see if he was the real deal, because he was so nice and honest it was hard to beileve, and he responded: “Hi, H M 5000, BCM, is one of the most trustworthy people on the Forum that I know of. I've done business with him myself before, & everything always went smooth & honest. The Forum could use MORE people like him. Do all the deals with him you like, you won't find a more stand-up guy than him. rob”. After that, I was 100% sure I could trust him. Later I sent him the payment via paypal, it was late Saturday to be exact. He tried his best to get to the post office, but it closed. I said its ok, and he assured me he would get it in FIRST THING on Monday, and that’s EXACTLY what he did. When he did that, he sent me a PM saying it was there with a tracking number as well. I went to the USPS website and put the code in and it said it didn’t exist! I thought the post office made some mistake, so I PMed him back. (This is my first time I use USPS, usually FedEx or UPS. ) Very soon after the message I sent, he replied back and assured me it will all be fine, USPS can take up to 24hours to put it in the system. I checked it again in a few hours and it was there. It said it had arrived at the post office at 9:42AM, just like he said, FIRST THING in the morning. I just got this laser today, in the mail, 3 days exactly like he said. The packaging was great, packed tight, a lot of Styrofoam in the package and the laser was in the case.
Now to the laser. I had a bit of trouble at the beginning. The beam was not how I expected at all. I PMed him and in a few minutes I got a reply. He told me a few tips on how to make it brighter. After doing them it did make a difference. He asked me if I could light a match with it, and I tried. It didnt work when I had it close to the match, and so I pmed him again. He said to make it a bit farther, so I did and it worked like a charm. I told him the laser was not like I expected, and he apologized sincerely and asked me if I wanted a FULL refund. I said no, because the laser is good enough for me. I needed this laser for when I go on vacation. After I told him that, he quickly offered me to return the laser for FULL price when I get back from vacation (the whole summer) as long as I took care of it. Again, I said no, its alright. He made sure I was satisfied.
The main thing that I liked MOST about him was the fact he didn't care about his profits, but the fact if I was satisfied or not. He kept saying I could return it anytime I wanted if it was in the same condition but I said no, its fine. The laser is great, he even sent me instructions and a chart. If I ever needed anything from him I could simply call him and he gave me his number. I did also talk to him on the phone, and thats where most of our conversation was, and he was very nice and understandable.
This post is to show how nice of a person Brew is, and how trustworthy he is.
His service is like no other, DX,BBB, O-Like all aren't even close to how good Brew is.
You can trust him without a doubt, he is certainly here to please you.
If you want pictures, request them. I assure you he didnt ask me to post this, I did it out of my own will to show you guys. If you still don't believe me, you can ask c0ld to show a full list of my PM history.
