I also exposed DL’s 589’s as they use module that can’t exceed 30 mw, they use PGL-VI. The most interesting is that they use this module in their 50mw version. Kinda weird. So they are just scammers.
See this module? They use this in 50 mw version:

No there 50mw modules are much larger than that one, 26mm. The module you tore down looks about 20cm roughly from the pics, if so then the spartan must use smaller module, the 50mw 589 I bought from DL is 26mm and fits the PGL, I’ve never owned a spartan but I assumed they use the 26mm module, Maybe not!

Also Lasever sell the 800mw 532 module driver and colimation lens for $295 shipped to Sydney!

Hello, I want a 589 DPSS module for my collection. I found the Spartan from DL but I prefer unmountable host...
DL (Adam) can send me the DPSS 589 H module alone.
I like the badboybilly work, can do you sell me a basic copper host for this module ?
I asked Adam for datasheet of the module...

Thanks Nexgen.

Your 493nm: Sanwu Pocket run at ~120mw ? Finaly Sanwu use about 275mA current for this diode !

I made this laser myself, this laser contains Nano Drive from Lazeerer. Duty cycle is 20seconds on and off. 493.2nm Sharp Laser diode sold by Zraffleticket

For me the Lazeerer Nano Drive is the best and only one safe for overdrived singlemode diode (even if FlexDrive PCB have better look and adjustable).

What is this pocket host ? Sanwu can sell empty hosts ?

Sanwu doesn’t sell empty hosts, to get this host I had to remove 638nm diode from it.

Well with the gaurdian 2 not so easy, I did one the other day swapped out a 3.8mm 405 and pressed a 5.6mm Osram 1.6w diode and xdrive and only just got the battery contact on the brass threaded module, Luckily I have 2 1420 bats that are identical size to a 14500 bat and actually give me full power for decent enough use!

It's easy and clean to unmount and mount a standard copper module/custom driver inside this host ?

I used brass module which was already there.
It just unscrews from the host itself, so let’s say it’s easy to remove.

It's not a copper module inside the Pocket host from sanwu ??? it's bad !?

It’s good, but it’s not copper, it’s brass. Still decent for heatsinking. If you want to replace diode and driver I would suggest a small driver, Nano Driver barely fits module I think that “Astral Picodrive” is good choice as it’s small. Also make the diode pins cut. I left about 2,5-3mm pins. I will post thread soon about builds as I receive my 488 module. 494nm is in Sanwu Pocket host and 488nm will be in CNI-PGL-III-M host. I use G-2 lens for better efficency.
