WTB - "Extended Length" Lens Holder

I have one of those I believe. Its the only one that will work for my custom focus ring .

There seems to be quite a demand for these if they were available; in this thread alone, there have been six members who would like some, most would like a few or more.

It looks like anyone who may still have any of these are keeping them!

Subscribed in case a source is found. Would also like one or a few of these assuming they are fit for the standard G lenses we all use (Anyone know off top the OD of the G1/2/9 lens?)

I am still waiting for G7's from podo, I expect I may need extended holders for those as well but we shall see.

Yes I'm in too, some of the custom focus adapters i have the threads are cut to deep.And only 7 or 8 mm protrude out of the focus adapter. These would be of great help so you don't have to wrap a ton of teflon tape on the barrel to get that 2mm of thread you lost..

Why not get some made from China? Shouldn't be more than a dollar or two a piece in quantity. Maybe start a GB?

So with the G2 being 6.3mm and fits the lens barrel sold by DTR (and also the extended barrels being sought out here) and the G7 podo has are 7mm then I should probably order the G7 inside the holder he sells instead of bare lenses and one of these extended holders?

I know that's correct that the G2 is 6.3mm so to be on the safe side I would say yes, I know 0.7mm isn't much and the lens holder still needs to be the same size, but there's no guarantee the lens holder is the same.

Anyway we don't know when or if we can get these extended holders.

The I.D. of my extended lens holder is 6.45mm in diameter. Unfortunately not enough room for a 7mm dia. lens.

Davidx, I've seen extended lens focus adapters (the multi colored ones), at Survival lasers, but not the actual lens holder (threaded brass piece).
Do you have a link to one, I may just have missed them?

I was thinking of the extended focus adapter rings. I haven't seen the brass piece.
Possibly he has some. I was happy to stop burning my fingers.
