At that price I'd consider buying an Inferno. Risk of it getting seized by customs is really what's holding me back though.

I wouldn't put it past them for this to be simply a marketing strategy to create extra demand during the busiest shopping season... ;)

Um, last time I checked, the government doesnt use bribery to uphold the law.

While I doubt that happened in this instance, it appears you might be surprised at what can be done through bribes to people in high places, the government is people... Same as corporations, right?

Its probably more likely the government would use Black Mail before bribery, its more cost efficient

Damn normally I wouldn't consider buying from wicked but these prices are kinda competitive if you think about it. 600usd for 750mw 532. That's pretty close to JLs prices. But what are the chances of it being spec or overspec? The inferno seems like one hell of a deal to me with corrective optics that's amazing.

I'd think you get 1/3 chance for the 750mw 532nm being spec.
I bought one before and returned because it was below spec. The second one was on the spec to me but still its not 1W I want to buy at that time because they said it supposed to be 1W 532nm so I refunded.

Nvm, krypton is out of stock anyway.
I purchased the 750mw inferno today, I love their host and the way their laser startups. besides, it was WickedLasers commercial got me in this kind of hobby.

After knowing that wl maybe down in the next year, kinda grabbing one now for memorial purpose.

Yep just seen that it is out of stock. I am going to order the 750mw inferno next week if it is still available at this price. Post a review when you get yours so I will know what to expect.
Thanks

The diode that it uses is a mutimode which has very bad beam spec the optics help make it into a nice round beam that we all love so much

Normally that diode with a standard lens would produce a very large line or rectangular spot after so many feet/meters. This helps correct this line into more of a spot instead.

Thank you for the quick reply also is it worth it to buy the lens kit ? I was thinking the focus lens would be fun for burning.

Personally I do not own any of their lasers yet. So to give you an honest answer I can not. However I am going to oder the inferno next week I will be getting the burning lens cap for it because these lasers are not focusable you have to have that cap for any burning needs from what I understand. But make sure you have the correct laser goggles for that wavelength. Anything over 5mw will give you eye damage for sure better safe than sorry.

As far as I know they should be fine. If you get the inferno the lens of the goggles should be blue. I'm not sure where you live at, but if its in the USA just know that there is a good chance that your laser could get caught by customs durning shipping.

Edit: but at the price for the inferno right now I think it's worth the risk. Best 635nm high power laser for your buck as far as think;)
