Hi everybody!

Im Dr Tony!

But my friends just call me Tj.

I have been brought here because someone at work brought in a laser, i loved it, then remembered using lasers in the early days of my degree and thought to myself "i need a laser" :yh:

So i found Wicked Lasers and thought "wow these are the best lasers in the world!!" 5 minutes of "google research" later i found out they weren't, which is what has brought me here.

I have recently moved to Adelaide from Sydney (Australia) and have actually thought recently about getting some serious high powered lasers to help out with astronomy.

Please be gentle with me as i have absolutely NO idea about lasers what so ever but if you need any info on quantum mechanics or physics i am your man :beer:

I'm off to bed now as it is 2am and i hope to speak to you all sometime in the future!!

Welcome to the forum.
There is lots of information on lasers here. Now even though many state that wicked lasers are no good, that is not compleately true, fact is that many forum members have a wicked laser in their collection. They might not have been the best lasers in the world in the past, and they might be a bit overpriced, but they do look good and have some features that others don't offer.
Anyhow, play it safe, and read all the stickies; you will find tos of usefull information there.

Oh no, please no! I like the U.S.A and all.. But there will never be a day where i want Australia to be a part of it! I am glad they are still 90,000 votes away from even getting a response from the white house.
