So everyone bashes Mbc for a (semi-ish) valid complaint, and then there's Wicked Lasers in good old 2010  I waited over a year for my Arctic, I don't think I even sent 20 emails in that time. I do have to say, I was not aware of the dispute time period back then  but all's good now, WL even gifted an extra laser for the trouble.

Usually, I would expect that someone who makes the effort to sign up here and then post about some incident should be taken seriously (at least at first) until it's clear that there is no basis in his claim. Not that I would have acted much differently in this case (Mbc did a terrible job of this, I have to admit), but even reputable companies have crashed before... You can't trust something 100% just because it worked well in the past. Nothing to Lazerer or Mbc of course; just pointing it out in general.

Edit: This thread title does need to be changed

if you are unhappy then open a dispute to get your money back. its a Chinese company and not sure if you are aware but they operate nothing like American companies and they don't have to. lazerer is a great company IMO and i personally think your making a mistake by wanting to cancel. for all you know it was already sent and just not updated on the site but then again it could still be unprocessed, who knows. either way the decision ultimately lies in your hands and you can make the final decision. whatever you decide, GL to you

And Billiam im sorry if you think this is a pathetic thread. I just dont playing the waiting game wondering if my order will processed and shipped..at least they could have told me it was going to take longer than the 7 days to process and ship

Payment received, We used to process every order within 7 business day (SAT & SUN not included). It will usually take about 3-5 days delivery to most destination after it was sent. Thanks for your support.Have a nice day.

Mine is doing the same thing and I ordered on the 14th. Maybe he is just having some issues with updates, IDK. I did email him though. I'm going to give it til middle of the week next week and if it's still "Processing" I'm going to dispute.

Other than my little mishap I've heard good things about Lazerer, it's just a shame a few errors cause such drama.

Edit: I got an email before I posted this but never checked my email...It seems Max IS having issues with his web hosting provider. He said he'd ship out my laser immediately.

Crap happens... It seems it was Lazerer's turn.

Sometime we don't have control over the unexpected.
If you are careful and follow the PayPal rules you will
not lose your money.

BTW... it's not like you needed the Laser as part of
your critical life support machine...

Just want to point out that the stick 100mW model that I bought for 70 bucks stopped working after 5 months of use (of course, respecting the duty cycle, I barely used it for more than 10 secs).
Max told me there's nothing to be done because maintenance is limited to 30 days after delivery, so there goes 70 bucks :p.

Someone told me that's natural with low end diodes, but I didn't know that. Of course lazerer won't tell you that in their webpage.

Just sayin'
