Hi everyone Max from LAZERER here.First of all we have to apologized for causing argument in this thread.

Briefly explain the situation here. mbc purchased and paid for a 300mW 638nm laser on 13/09/2012. Two days later he request to change the order into 1W blue laser and than after that he made a one last change into a another blue laser. However for some reason the 2nd payment request (price different) is not paid and our contact is broken.

I marked mbc order as “reserved “ to prevent someone to ship his original order accidentally. We haven’t heard from mbc since than and I also forgot about his order and as a result the order keep reserved over our control panel. I admit I have made a mistake here and I can understand why mbc will act so angry. I have contacted mbc to arrange the refund immediately after getting his pm.

Just a warm reminder for member who try to contact us. Please allow at least 48 hour (business time) for us to answer your email. We will only reply your email late but your email will never be ignored. Also we reply to t he email according to the sending time. So every time you send a new email it will jump from the bottom to the top and as a result we answer it late. Also try not to send email to us too frequently or with the exact same content. Our spam control will block this kind of email and delete it automatically. And IMPORTANT. If your email is not answered in 48 hours please send with ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS. Because chance your email address is blacklisted already and it is not reaching us.

Also I am asking senior member here for help. If you see someone who has communication problem contacting us please point him to this thread. It is impossible for us to find out all the potential problems. Here are all the way you can contact me or my Company:

There he is! Was waiting for that. I knew everything would be ok on the account this is the 3rd thread like this in the past couple of months and Max takes care of each and every customer. Lazerer is a bigger company then some may realize ;)

Key thing to remember: Make one order, and stick with it. Always follow up or even place the order through email with one of the company's employee/owner.
Also, when people are trying to help. Please just follow directions. Things can get solved way more swiftly and securely.

And i also think Grix is right, maybe we should settle down here until we make sure someone is actually just trying to smear a good company's rep and not really having issues. So for that, i think we owe Mbc an apology.
 
I'm glad to see this is being resolved, and Max is indeed a gentleman for handling it they way he is.

As for attitude, why not just answer basic questions, or follow simple suggestions?

It's clear no "scam" occurred here, and that the order was more complicated and not standard.

Yes Max handled this very well. As for you InfinitusEquitas , you were hostile, unhelpful and made a real ass outta yourself.

anyways, problem has been solved. And I will never return to this forum again.
 
This should and could have been solved in a very few posts- I still feel that failure to add locations to personal profiles is good cause to ignore- NOT keep from joining LPF but if its help they want= we need to know more for the help to be both accurate and quick. Being bull-headed/stubborn does no one any good. hak

For making false accusations,
For failing to answer simple questions,
For failing to recognize helpful suggestions when they are offered,
For being stubborn, and generally acting like a drama queen on her period.

Glad to hear you won't be coming back. I'd say it's been a pleasure, but I'd be lying.

He seems to have lied about when he bought the Laser as well...:whistle:
I think Max would no doubt keep better records..
