Where a 1 watt module is considered safe and acceptable but a 5mW Red pointer is a weapon.

Yes thanks, you posted right. Am not listing cities or the list could get very long, just the country and state/province/regional government/territory, just the country is ok too, but at least in the largest countries the additional region is preferable. Especially Russia, Canada, United States, China, Brazil, Australia, are all so much larger than other countries that it's better to be more specific.

Pi R squared, have you'ed seen anybody registered from greece? The closet I saw was Cypris and a while while back someone mentioned they bought a laser on ebay from Greece. If you saw my last name you would know why im asking:)

Yes there have been at least two in Greece, one was from Athens, but neither of them have been on in well over a year so I assume they are gone and not coming back. There have also been people from a few other countries not on the list that are also gone or who just joined to get answers to a question they had. Of course there are also those people who don't list their location, no telling where they are.
