What pains me the most is, the same day this got posted, another employee came to me and told me about how they sent out that letter with some stickers. And I said "awe man, we could have posted that on reddit! Next time let me take picture before you mail it!"

About an hour later, the customer posted it for us!

It wasn't my intention to be rude or anything, just make a small comment about how karma on reddit is often inflated beyond what it really should be.
