WTK : How to make a burning lense/cap?

NOTE* I have tried and tried to take the lens out of disposable cameras.Ive read every way to do that,it doesnt work for me.

I need to know how to make a cap that i could put on my laser that could amplify its power so it can burn.I do not mean anything like modifying anything inside that laser.It's just like putting a magnufying glass infront of the laser,but being able to attach it.

Does anyone know how to make one?

I'll agree with your problem in trying a magnifying lens in front of a laser dot, doesn't work won't tighten the dot any further it maybe even disperse your beam even worse.

a magnifying glass works perfect for burning, @cul8r you obviously have never tried it.

The lens will not amplify power but if you do it right, it may concentrate the power you have available. Remember that a plain old glass lens will also lose some power due to several factors.
