sorry for the inconvenience. Please follow the official process for this issue - please make sure you CC me on the email to firehost and they should fix the issue

i'm going to see if firehost can whitelist the private messages php script altogether to stop this.

firehost has been contacted about whitelisting ill keep u posted

if they cant just whitelist the file they will make the necessary tweaks to prevent the specific rule from firing again, but please email them the alert ID / etc so they can track it via process above
