If Laserbee were an "enemy" or unscrupulous competitor of Kenom's, he'd buy up ALL of Kenom's Kenometer Lites so that nobody could buy them for that soil-your-shorts low price.

That said, in any normal state of affairs where Kenom isn't practically giving away his laser meters, Laserbee's meter is probably the best laser power meter for hobbiests you can get. It is already priced below what you could buy any meter of that capability for. I was lucky enough to land one for about $120 or so in one of his generous sales, but they are definitely worth the full price considering most people have already spent that much in burnt out laser diodes.

@ Nefarious....

why would you want or need a Xmas discount on eBay....
There is a Xmas Sale thread right here on the Forum...

http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/xmas-special-fs-laserbee-i-199-99-shipped-free-xmas-gift-45992.html#post618852

There are only 6 LaserBee Is available to members only at the
Xmas Price of $199.99 Shipped with a Free RS232 to USB converter
cable as a Xmas gift included..

There are 4 sectors in my company that I try to keep separate..
1) my Website sales
2) my eBay sales
3) my LPF sales
4) my other Forum sales

I try to make sure that one has no influence on the others..

@Dave... yeah... I guess it is the Bargain hunter in people that
doesn't allow then to see a bargain at first sight... If the LaserBee I
was selling for $49.99... there woulds still be someone opening a thread
like this one...

@BB...
Yeah...I don't know how Ken makes any money on his meters at the price
he's asking for them... It's like he works for free... the last used bare Coherent
head I bought cost me near $200.00..

Hey guys...
thanks for the support of the LaserBee I LPM...

 :eg:

(j/k, ok ? ..... ;))

Edit: for that what it worth ..... i agree with you and Ken ..... i also worked in that field, and is a damn PITA to just find sensors and heads that can work good with low powers, at low prices (and here in Italy is not difficult, is simply impossible :p) ..... your two products ARE cheap, compared with practically anything other ..... hell, my DIY one costed me at least the double, considering the time and efforts involved, and my old second hand Coherent with PM30, i've seen it on ebay, time by time, sold (in worse conditions than mine) for prices that goes from 700 to 2000 $ :p
