Unless they cover UV you would be better off just wearing sunglasses.

They dont block the light, there dark tinted tho so therefore they do block some light, enough to make your eyes not hurt when you walk past someone welding

So... they don't block the harmful radiation, they are just dark enough to dilate you pupils allowing more radiation into your eye

Laser Safety Goggles doesn't protect you from welding light. They don't block "some light"; they block some wavelength and let in every other wavelength. Really... can I ask if you're retarded?

So they are at the welding shop. You can still tell us what color the lenses are, and what wavelength(s) do they block and at what OD+ rating? :thinking:

No,they block out a specific wavelength of light.

Well right now I do not have a laser, and I'm trying to find one, and your next question is prolly going to be something like, if you don't have a laser then why would you have glasses, so therefore ill answer that one now also, i have glasses because my dad use to be big into lasers and he gave me 3 of his old pairs
