I've got a silver Newwish style pointer that starts cold at 20mW. It climbs in power as it warms up (over the next ~20 seconds) to stabilize at ~30mW. (Cold = 20mW -- Warm = 30mW)

I have a couple of them that are stable at ~27mW

It uses two AAA batteries.  They do NOT have a display/storage box.

If you add international shipping to this it would become prohibitively expensive. You can get 20-30mW greenies for this price from MANY online sources. Some will even include the shipping. You can get one from LED Shoppe right now for about the same price (or less if you make it to the clearance section before they're gone).
