The guy with the laser for those who dont know him is none other than
John Hutchinson, father of the infamous 'Hutchinson Effect'. A BC native
who claims to have duplicated and furthered concepts of Tesla.

If you have a search on youtube, there is tons of stuff on and from him.

The scary part is guys like him can buy class 4 lasers

Today at school there were stupid fourteen year olds playing with a powerful green laser shining it at other people. I went and told them about the dangers and on the label it stated the laser <300mW, likely under-spec but it still has the potential to blind. Luckily they stopped after I talked to them!
