At one point I worked overseeing POS (point of service) operations for ~60 stores... I was "let go" because the company owner's son needed a job, and apparently also f:)cked one of the secretaries.

Funny how after the son took over, the office network shut down, and the retail locations were down to pen, paper and a calculator for almost three weeks:eg:

Wouldn't have happened if the a$$hole didn't stiff me on expenses. Of course I didn't do anything illegal:shhh:

Peace,
dave

 I LOVE IT. Best apology EVER!

Your package passed across the international date line.
When it was 8:31AM, Feb 18th in HK, it was 7:31PM Feb 17th in NYC.
By my calculations your package took 25 hours and 53 minutes to go from the scan in HK to the scan in NY.* Likely by plane (not rowboat).
How much did you pay for that shipping?

*if you want, check my math

Your math is sound, but I highly doubt it only took ~26 hours from order to a US border delivery, with free delivery. With the amount of shipments that leave China everyday, it would next to impossible using the typical Chinese delivery service. Maybe if it was EMS delivery, maybe. Even then it would have to be near the perfect storm of situations.

Um,... from HK post (sort facility) to USPS (sort facility) took ~26 hours, not from "order". That would be like "wicked" fast. :na:

I still highly doubt that this was the typical "free (read: slowboat 2-3 weeks)" shipping most of us are used to from China.
However, I can see that EMS shipping could have been masked within the price of the item [laser?].

brendon,
Mind if I ask what it was, for how much, and from where? :thanks:

Epic funny. I love how the web site calls those "hackers" Dickheads with nothing better to do with their time, LMFAO.
