Just to clarify, I judged my dogs interest in 445 by shining the beam at night, NOT the dot. I would see how much they tried to bite the beam whilst keeping it out of their reach.

My dogs go apeshit for 638nm. 405nm is kinda meh for them and 445-532 is interesting but not as much as red.
In my experience its rare for a dog to chase a laser spot, cats? all the time!
Eudaimonium, I was attacked by a german shephard and I was seven years old, I was at my cousins farm and it was the dog from the farm across the street,, I was throwing small stones/pebbles at it and it mauled me.. 140+ stitches, bloody mess I was, I have no fear of dogs from this.

that's interesting, as normal dogs dont see Red that much,
the see Blue way better then Red and Green.
Just like humans have a optimation for green, dogs have one for Blue.
