I'd say go with the second one...but it seems I'd just be waisting my time because everybody already said that :/ ... go with the second one!

I like the FLX because of the larger heat-sink and the less chance of overheating if you go over the recommended duty-cycle, however the divergence is slightly better on the B03.
My 100mW FLX does a tiny bit over 100mW (see pic).

If you do go with rayfoss, please post back here when your laser arrives, or make a review about it. I want to see if they are really going to improve and make right on the past mistakes....
