Sorry I was away John, Been there done that.

Second wife wiped me out and I had to pay to support her, went through bankruptcy the whole nine yards.

When you are struggling to raise $10,000 in taxes to save your house, you are thankful to be online at all.

Now that's over I hope to never have dial up again.. Even if I have to pay six months of cable fees in advance to avoid losing it over the winter when my income is slim at best.

I also feel a much deeper appreciation for that big hunk of land.. Trespassers beware! Shoot first, bury the body and then ask questions last ;)
