I have a Dilda from DX, it's been in my possession for about a month now. I don't have goggles so i don't really like to use it, its to bright when you are up close. It probably has under an hours use total, and its been kept dust free and clean since i have had it. I kind of want a blueray so i figure i can sell this to get some money.

what do you think is a good price?
(includes 2 sets of cr2's and a charger)

It's also a possibility that i could turn it into a blueray dilda, although im not much for DIY. Suggestions appreciated.

Selling it to someone on the forums who knows about DX: $40-$60
Selling it in person to someone who doesn't know what it's worth: $75-$100
Showing them wickedlasers.com and making them think they got a good deal: Priceless.

I don't think you would have a problem selling it for $50 here on this forum. If you want it turned into a "dilda-ray", I'm sure GooeyGus would do it for you for a price.

I sent you a PM, but basically what it boils down to (for anyone else that may be interested) is if you have all the parts (dilda, PHR diode, lavadrive or rkcstr driver with 3.6v cr2's (ebay)) I'll convert it for either $20 or $40. For $20, I get to keep the red dilda diode and driver, for $40 you get everything back. Also add on a couple bucks for shipping back to you 8-)

I build them to run on either 1 3.6v 14500 (preferred) or two 3v cr2's with the lavadrive, and with the rkcstr driver it has to use two 3.6v cr2's.

can you make em run 125mW with 2x Rcr2? -I dont have any parts, Also if you have a 409nm diode choose that one.

Dayum! For that price, I just might buy myself a Dilda just to have you do the conversion for me !!!

Oooooo How about a dilda-ray; mega-dilda matched set!?!

How many freakin lasers do I need anyway?

Peace,
dave
