You can hear the bones crunch at 1:17

Warning: If you have a fear of blood or watching animals eat each other, don't look. It's gross.

That's my baby sister talking in the background.

Which is why I like (mostly) catch and release fishing.

Fish (mostly) don't feel pain.  They generally lack the parts of the brain necessary to feel pain, so it really has no meaning to a fish.
The research with tuna and sensitivity to temperature brings this statement in question.

Peace,

Interesting, I haven't' read anything on the topic in a long time. It was just one of those filed-away facts from a long-ago source. I'll defer to your knowledge, since I don't have to time to really look into it past a quick google search.

MarioMaster: That tank is really awesome!

RA_pierce: What kind of lizard is that? It looks so awesome! Can you hold it, or is it too vicious? I really like lizards. I have four leopard geckos currently. Wish I could afford more pets.

It's a savannah monitor. He's just a baby though, he'll get much bigger.
I can hold him, he's pretty calm, but recently I haven't paid much attention to him so he gets kinda fussy. I like to fill up the bathtub with lukewarm water and let him swim around. He gets really calm at bathtime and he likes to be pet on the back of his neck. I swear he's like a dog with scales. :D
I <3 him.

At least wolverines and dolphins appear to kill just because they enjoy it. Yes they are both predators, but they sometimes kill and walk (or swim) away.

As was pointed out in another thread, many of our "domestic" dogs and cats continue too kill even though they are well fed. Do they "enjoy" it? Who can say? They certainly appear to be "aroused" by it.

I CAN say beyond any shadow of a doubt that my dogs do not only enjoy the hunt, but they enjoy every aspect of the act of killing. My workingl ine German shepherds are predators in every sense of the word, and it's a fascinating thing to see them reveling in the joy of a kill. With the way they enjoy the act of killing for the simple sake of killing, I have no doubt these dogs would be labled pychopathic murderers if they were human.

It's kind of scary when you get to really see man's best friend for what he really is under those 10,000 years of domestication.

I play video games and build computers. I used to practice Jeet Kune Do and Muay Thai, but temporarily stopped so I could get my school work set straight. I plan to start back up in January.

I play golf (a lot), practice traditional archery in my backyard almost every day (yea the neighbors are wondering but so what? ;D)
I play computer games a little (counter-strike:source is a favourite) and when I'm 18, I think I will start playing airsoft. I'm really fascinated by all forms of target shooting, where accuracy means a lot.
