Sorry I should have made it clear that I want a true rated high quality module with a low divergence like 1.2 mrad or better small beam size. US made preferably. I have found some but they are pretty expensive.

FYI:
The last DX 200mW I LPM'd hit around 140mW. Cheap though - $50

I would give them a try but I have been hearing that they have not been making them through US customs. If they even will ship to the US..
